Shop with confidence at Natural Strands. All orders are packaged and rapidly shipped the same day orders are received. We offer worldwide delivery via United States Postal Service and UPS carriers. Enjoy ground delivery free-of-charge for all domestic orders. Next-day, two-day or express delivery is available at a nominal charge upon request. As a valued customer, you’re notified every step of the way, with convenient email updates sent upon order placement and full tracking information provided upon shipment.
Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. Upon receipt, please inspect your hair extension products prior to opening product bundles or ties. We recommend showing bundles to your trained stylist for a professional judgment. Do not comb, brush, wash, dye, curl, braid, spray, wear or treat hair products in any way until you are absolutely sure you’re satisfied with the product purchased.
On rare occasions, customers may find that their Natural Strands product does not meet their expectations. Should this happen, please contact us by phone or email within seven days of your original purchase date to explain the situation and to obtain an RMA number.
A customer service representative will evaluate returns on a case-by-case basis, offering refunds or exchanges as needed for unused hair extension products returned with the original tie in-tact. All returns and exchanges must be received in the original packaging and accompanied by your invoice and RMA number for monetary credit.
Customers are solely responsible for all shipping, handling and insurance charges. Please package all returned items with utmost care. Shipping insurance is highly recommended to avoid loss or damage while in transit. We reserve the right to refuse refund or exchange requests should products arrive used, damaged or treated. Refunds are credited within 30 days of product receipt at our warehouse. No more than one exchange per original order is honored.
